Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring accountability and ethical practice while establishing positive working relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stabilize responses, and plan for future appointments or discharges as suitable.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that resonate with each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each session.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant historical and personal information needed to inform treatment.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions to meet the needs of clients and ensure optimal therapeutic impact.

• Participate actively in individual supervision, receiving and providing feedback to support continued professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad client demographic, including adults, children, and families, who may be facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient with computer systems, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and outlook to efficiently manage client data.

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Familiarity and comfort with conducting intake assessments to inform treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 75,000 and 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with potential for bonus opportunities.

• This role operates on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to receive payments ahead of collections.
