Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily provide services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and various life transitions. As a licensed counselor in our clinic, you will have the autonomy to work with a wide range of clients, allowing you to utilize your unique therapeutic style and expertise effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active mental health professional license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD).

• Proven track record with two or more years of clinical psychotherapy experience working with adult populations.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based practices, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong written communication skills for documenting client sessions and formulating treatment notes.

• A clear disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
