Work Environment\n

This position is remote, enabling you to provide essential services while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. We understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle and offer options for flexible scheduling, including both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts within our operating hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. You will have the resources and support needed to excel in your role while ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, employing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, helping to create a holistic view of each patient's situation.

• Evaluate and treat behavioral health issues within the scope of practice, utilizing evidence-based approaches to drive positive outcomes.

• Design and coordinate programs and interventions to address the social and emotional needs of clients, adapting strategies based on feedback and ongoing assessment.

• Facilitate sessions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, including crisis interventions and referrals to community-based resources for additional support.

• Build and maintain relationships based on mutual respect and trust, fostering an atmosphere of acceptance for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of treatment and interventions, making adjustments as needed to improve client outcomes.

• Document all clinical findings and interventions in client records in accordance with compliance standards and established protocols.

• Manage a caseload in alignment with agency standards, ensuring timely and accurate documentation that reflects the services provided.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, keeping abreast of best practices in the field.

• Assist with additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors to further enhance the support provided to clients.

You will be serving a diverse patient population within a hospice care setting, working closely with clients and their families who are navigating end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in social work or a related area is preferred, particularly in mental health settings.

• Experience in counseling and therapeutic techniques related to behavioral health issues, including depression, mood disorders, substance use, family dynamics, and end-of-life care.
