Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing clinicians to deliver services in a dynamic environment. Our scheduling accommodates both 4x10 and traditional 5x8 shifts, allowing for adaptability to personal and professional lifestyles. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret vital social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Evaluate and treat psychological problems appropriate to the LCSW's scope of practice, ensuring clients receive optimal support.

• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs effectively.
\n
• Facilitate cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health conditions, integrating short-term crisis resolutions and community resource referrals as necessary.

• Establish and maintain productive therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust, fostering a safe space for client expression and growth.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services provided, making necessary adjustments to support client well-being comprehensively.

• Document treatment outcomes and client interactions following established protocols, maintaining an organized and current caseload as per clinic standards.

• Deliver individual clinical counseling to meet specific client needs, adapting techniques as required in response to client feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
