Bookkeeper

We are a growing professional engineering consulting and construction inspection firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with payroll processing Experience in the engineering, construction, or professional services industry Familiarity with job costing and project-based accounting Experience with financial reporting and budgeting #J-18808-Ljbffr TechniQuest
