Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems in a structured manner.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team to create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and interventions.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance client understanding and coping mechanisms concerning their mental health.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when clients are in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
