Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services, which include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, from grief and loss to relationship conflicts and job-related stress.
\n
• Holding sessions with couples and families together, as well as providing individual therapy for each member.
\n
• Addressing various challenges, including substance abuse, domestic conflicts, and communication barriers.
\n
• Implementing and adjusting treatment strategies based on client progress, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited for each client’s unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with families facing numerous challenges, such as blended family adjustments, separation and divorce, mother-daughter conflicts, and more. By addressing these issues holistically, you will provide essential support that fosters healthy communication and relationships within families.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
