Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses and develop personalized treatment plans that may include crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, medication management, and risk assessments.

• Document all counseling sessions and interventions in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring accurate records for compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based tools and screening methodologies as guided by the clinical team, ensuring that interventions are data-driven and effective.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients, enhancing their care experience and outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of services provided.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service providers and community partners, ensuring a comprehensive support network for each client.

• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders while promoting the mission of Serenity Support Services within the community.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to establish partnerships with other organizations, aiming to enhance program offerings and secure additional resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory.
