I’m partnering with a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Growth Lead to help scale their acquisition and go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact role working closely with the leadership team, owning growth initiatives across demand generation, experimentation, analytics, lifecycle, and conversion optimisation. What you’ll own: Build and optimise growth channels across the funnel Run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and conversion Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities Support GTM initiatives across marketing, sales, and product Build repeatable processes to help scale growth efforts What they’re looking for: 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing Experience in a startup or high-growth environment Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments Comfortable being hands‑on and owning projects end‑to‑end Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Employment
