Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive ambiance that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, documenting progress, treatment plans, and assessment outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care efforts with interdisciplinary teams, actively participating in case reviews, consultations, and treatment planning meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your contributions will directly support clients in overcoming personal obstacles, achieving their therapeutic goals, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
