Backfill- Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is searching for a Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45 to $50 per hour.
Job Descriptions:- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for property operations.
- Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and bills.
- Prepare and file property tax returns.
- Analyze property performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software's and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
