This position offers a full-time remote work setting, allowing counselors the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from their preferred location within California. The role adheres to a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, efficiently assessing and addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on detailed assessments, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions align with best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation of client progress, using electronic health record systems to track treatment outcomes seamlessly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology is required.

• An active California state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing outpatient therapy is required, facilitating a familiarity with clinical best practices and client needs.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage client interactions and documentation.

• Competence in using technology for telehealth services and electronic record-keeping to streamline client care.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of outpatient counseling, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT or DBT) will be considered favorably.
