Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized mindfulness-based interventions, particularly MBSR, tailored to clients' specific goals and stressors.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness practices.

• Lead mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and promote emotional balance among clients.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building, aimed at enhancing group dynamics and collective growth.

• Integrate mindfulness strategies seamlessly into one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues while supporting clients' growth and recovery.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare practitioners to create a comprehensive and cohesive approach to care that incorporates mindfulness.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and mindfulness interventions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
