Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one mental health counseling through secure video chat platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health needs. You will assist clients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues, helping them develop the skills necessary for self-management and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid, fully licensed professional designation such as: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in all client interactions.

• Strong proficiency in using digital platforms for communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While any relevant experience is considered beneficial, we specifically value experience in telehealth counseling and using evidence-based treatment techniques. Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records will also be advantageous.
