Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that align with our clients’ specific treatment plans and needs.
\n
• Maintain strong communication with internal team members, clinical/support staff, and external parties such as school personnel and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in line with agency billing requirements.
\n
• Participate in our on-call rotation, responding to after-hours crises when needed, to provide uninterrupted support for our clients.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, staff meetings, and case consultations to elevate program effectiveness.
\n
• Contribute to program development initiatives by providing insights based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging clientele, from young children to seniors, addressing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. You will have the opportunity to create significant therapeutic relationships based on trust and understanding, enabling clients to uncover their strengths and foster coping strategies for improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches applicable to various patient populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will possess experience working in community health settings or similar environments. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and billing is advantageous. Knowledge or training in trauma-informed care and cultural competency is also highly valued.
