Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments for clients by utilizing intake interviews and standardized evaluation tools to gather relevant information.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and safe virtual environment for open dialogue and personal growth.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while maintaining detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, engage in case consultations, and collaborate on cross-disciplinary care approaches.

• Stay informed of emerging trends in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client interaction and relationship-building.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, facilitating a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively juggle multiple clients and maintain thorough records.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, experience in remote counseling or teletherapy practices is an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches, will also be beneficial in streamlining workflow and enhancing client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We prioritize the well-being of our staff and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
