Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through video conferencing or teletherapy, employing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients’ personal growth and emotional healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the utmost professionalism in all aspects of your practice.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to provide holistic, client-centered care.

• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the quality of care and share insights about best practices in the mental health field.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, the benefits of therapy, and available community resources, enabling them to better manage their mental health.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges around mental health. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
