This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative spirit with our multidisciplinary team. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Culturally Sensitive Assessments: Perform thorough mental health evaluations that engage with patients’ unique cultural narratives and individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches with a focus on cultural competence.

• Proven experience in both individual and group therapy, drawing upon inclusive, responsive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage stressful situations effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong therapeutic alliances across diverse populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and adeptness in using relevant software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
