Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identify clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans targeted to their unique needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, facilitating referrals to necessary emergency services when required.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare specialists, to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care.

• Guide clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions, the implications of treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for clients' needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
