Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of required documentation while adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools, in alignment with clinical team recommendations, to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement effective positive behavior support plans, striving for optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of the organization.
\n
• Serve as a bridge between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate holistic care.
\n
• Establish and maintain nurturing relationships with various agencies, fostering fruitful partnerships and identifying new funding opportunities.
\n
• Commit to professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training seminars relevant to mental health practices.
\n
• Promote the agency’s mission and values in all interactions, ensuring that each patient feels supported and valued.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to an ever-evolving therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
