We have developed a business model that enriches Sales Careers. We provide you with a professional sales environment to thrive in with an abundant amount of inbound and outbound qualified leads to contact, selling all major cruise lines, popular guided land vacations, and our own exclusive and unique travel products only available through our agency. We also provide back-office sales support including in-house marketing, product & business development, accounting, and a management team, all working toward your success.

If you have experience in timeshare sales, membership sales, retail management, and are accountable not only as an individual contributor of your KPI’s but also manage teams required to hit hard sales quotas month after month, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A propensity for Sales in a high-pressure recurring revenue sales environment
• Superior closing skills, preferably on the first call
• Documented, quantifiable performance recognition, consistently winning top producer awards and exceeding KPI goals
• Initiative-taker who is assertive and competitive, eager to shift market share from competitors
• Personal enthusiasm and passion for travel; We LOVE what we do!
• Enjoys identifying our customer’s travel goals, booking the best vacation choice, and ensuring repeat and referral business
• Aptitude for multi-tasking and logistical execution while using multiple computer platforms and monitors
• Flexibility, available to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays when business requires

WHAT WE BRING:

• Full support from every department
• Unlimited earnings potential. Average earnings of $65,000 - $70,000* in the first year (Base and Bonus) (* Additional consideration will be given to years and depth of sales experience and other relevant skills)
