Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.

• Participate actively in crisis interventions, providing timely support to clients in distress or in emergency situations.

• Manage a caseload of clients, focusing on their presenting problems and treatment needs, and ensuring they receive timely and effective services.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including participating in training opportunities and collaborations to enhance skills and service effectiveness.

• Provide on-call support after regular business hours, as required, to ensure ongoing care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients who come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, many of whom may struggle with access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
