Position Insights

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct an extensive range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during each examination, elucidating procedures with empathy and precision
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, addressing any malfunctions rapidly
• Document procedures meticulously while managing patient records in our electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advances in ultrasound technology and methodologies

Educational Credentials

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or similar field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
