The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend client appointments to best meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment.

• Provide individual therapy, as well as couples and group counseling, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions to promote healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence with all legal and ethical standards, complying with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 50,000–80,000 annually, coupled with potential bonuses.
