Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, complete risk assessments, and create positive behavior support plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Document all clinical work in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork.
\n
• Leverage evidence-based screening tools as directed by ongoing assessments and evaluations.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high-quality care standards within the organization.
\n
• Facilitate ongoing communication with state agencies and community partners to enhance access to resources and support services for clients.
\n
• Maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to foster collaborations and secure resources applicable to the agency's mission.
\n
• Engage in personal and professional development through attending workshops, conferences, or community events related to mental health practices.
\n
• Integrate the agency's mission and values into daily practices and interactions with clients.
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals recovering from substance use, those managing mental health conditions, and those dealing with developmental challenges or brain injuries. You will be pivotal in creating safe spaces where clients can express their challenges and aspirations, facilitating a transformative journey towards personal recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Possession of a current independent LMHC license is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Healing Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:
