This position is set in a predominantly remote work environment, allowing counselors the convenience of conducting sessions through telemedicine while still maintaining the option for some in-office engagements at our outpatient facility in Danbury, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client through individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, using a variety of methods to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to groups, families, couples, and individuals, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
