What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum ENT care, managing patients across the community
• Perform surgeries utilizing advanced technology including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams for comprehensive care
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
• Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalists
• Assist with backup call while APPs handle primary calls
• Contribute to a flexible, collegial work environment emphasizing physician wellness
• Engage in teaching medical students and residents (optional)
• Utilize cutting-edge hospital resources and participate in multidisciplinary meetings

What You Need

• Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
