Location: Findlay, OH

Start Date: Flexible

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: Self-scheduling, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Varies (Full-time/Part-time options available)

Employment Type: W2/hospital-employed or 1099

License/Certs: Board Certified CRNA (Ohio license preferred)

Experience: New grads welcomed; experienced providers preferred

Pay & Benefits

1099 Service Agreement:

Hourly Base Rate: $190/hr

Regional Blocks & Peds Stipends: +$5/hr each

Total: $200/hr (with blocks & peds)

Approximate Total Compensation: $325,000 $345,000 annually based on hours

Hospital-Employed:

Base Salary: $238,000 $260,000 (depending on experience)

Additional Stipends: $5,000 each for OB, Pediatrics, Regionals

403(b) matching (up to 4%)

Generous paid time off: 8 weeks / 320 hours

Signing bonus: $20,000 (student loan support over 5 years)

Paid holidays & birthday pay

Overtime/Call-back rate: $200/hr

On-call/night rates: $250/night

Weekend rates: $1200/day (weekend day at Findlay Hospital)

What You'll Do

Provide anesthesia services across multiple specialties, including ENT, ortho, general, neuro, gyne, urology, and low-risk obstetrics, with minimal pediatric cases

Self-schedule shifts to suit your preferences

Support a collaborative care team within a well-established practice of physicians and CRNAs

Participate in a care team model with an equitable call schedule

Maintain and update anesthesia skills across a variety of cases and locations

Potential to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and the Findlay Surgery Center

What You Need

Required:

Board Certified CRNA

Ohio license or eligibility to obtain one

Valid DEA and CPR certifications

Ability to work independently in a hospital setting

Preferred:

Previous anesthesia experience in a hospital environment

Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations

Strong communication and teamwork skills
