Location: Findlay, Ohio

Start Date: Immediate or upon credentialing

Duration: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement

Shift: Outpatient, flexible schedule (part-time/full-time/week on/week off)

Hours/week: Up to 40+ (depending on schedule)

License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology

Experience: Preferred minimum of 1 year in outpatient rheumatology

Pay & Benefits

Pay package:

• Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week
• Additional wRVU productivity bonus (up to $200,000/year bonus potential)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
• Loan repayment options available
• $5,000/year towards CME & board certification

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care at a state-of-the-art outpatient facility
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team across various specialties
• Develop a patient panel with the freedom to choose patient age groups and cases
• Participate in weekly continuing medical education sessions and Mayo Clinic programs
• Use Cerner EMR to deliver integrated patient care
• Optional teaching roles with medical students and APP trainees
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinic operations

What You Need

• Active Ohio medical license or eligible
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Minimum of 1-year outpatient rheumatology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with full practice autonomy
