Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging with patients in meaningful ways. Our dedicated team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and meticulous record-keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and continuity of services.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and enhance the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a varied patient population, including adults facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
