Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, developing individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing diverse methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Riverdale Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
