Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid license in one of the following areas, allowing for independent practice without supervision: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or pending disciplinary actions against your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature and an ability to empathize with clients.

• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a remote setting or familiarity with telehealth counseling practices is highly desirable. Additionally, experience using solution-focused treatment modalities will benefit your practice and enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
