Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day operations will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

• A current license to practice independently, one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licensure, and no disciplinary actions on your license
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a naturally sympathetic disposition

• Strong proficiency in computer skills

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth services will be beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a track record of providing therapy in an outpatient setting will be regarded favorably.
