Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services and develop person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Perform continuous assessment of treatment needs and modify interventions accordingly to optimize client outcomes.

• Assist in the development, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans, ensuring they align with clients’ goals.

• Facilitate skill development in coping mechanisms, problem-solving, and effective communication to enhance clients’ daily living.

• Educate clients about available community resources, advocating for their access to necessary support systems.

• Establish rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic relationship, encouraging open dialogue about their experiences and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adults aged 18 and over, many of whom are dealing with chronic mental illnesses that hinder their ability to thrive within the community. You will utilize your expertise to not only address their immediate psychological concerns but also to help them develop skills required to maintain independence and stability in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state license by the appropriate board, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and with no disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Strong clinical skills and experience offering direct services to clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and understanding nature.

• Proficient in technology and able to maintain a reliable Wi-Fi connection for telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
