Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions using video chat platforms to ensure ethical and compassionate support for clients.

• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, conducting comprehensive assessments to map out actionable steps toward client goals.

• Help clients gain insights into their emotions and interpersonal relationships, enhancing their understanding of their experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults, each presenting diverse mental health needs including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in assisting clients in developing the skills necessary to enhance their quality of life and promote emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Required to hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted, and candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a sympathetic and empathetic nature.

• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with digital tools and online therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches, particularly those focused on low-acuity mental health issues.

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000 annually, contingent upon your working hours and experience. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to welcoming new team members. Full-time therapists also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend and enjoy weekly direct deposit payments for their convenience.
