Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing a variety of standardized tools and methodologies to evaluate student needs effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting approaches to resonate with diverse populations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with a comprehensive treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff, to coordinate care and support interdisciplinary strategies for student success.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous improvement of care and share insights with colleagues.

• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

This role will primarily focus on serving school-aged children and adolescents, providing them with essential mental health resources and support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
