Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at GoodLife, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Creating individualized therapeutic plans based on assessment findings, incorporating best practices and evidence-based methods.

• Facilitating regular counseling sessions, both virtually and through phone check-ins, to monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists and social workers to ensure holistic care and referrals when necessary.

• Documenting all interactions, treatment plans, and progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system timely and accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve assisting clients dealing with a diverse range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. You will be responsible for helping clients identify their goals and creating supportive environments conducive to their healing. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Washington.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
