Key Responsibilities\n

Your key responsibilities as an LCSW will involve various critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of developmental milestones to identify children in need of early intervention services.

• Collaborating with families and team members to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that outline goals and strategies tailored to each child’s specific needs.
\n
• Monitoring progress over time, ensuring that services are effectively delivered and adjusted as necessary to support the child’s ongoing development.
\n
• Providing evidence-based recommendations and support while fostering trusting relationships with families to empower them in their child’s development.
\n
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Employing the coaching paradigm in the natural learning environment to aid families and caregivers in implementing developmental skills at home.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families to provide early intervention strategies aimed at supporting children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Our goal is to help children attain significant developmental milestones during their critical early years, which lay the foundation for future learning and growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of experience working with children, specifically in early intervention settings.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.

• Strong adaptability to different learning styles, ensuring that individualized treatment plans meet each child's needs.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
