Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive assessments of new clients and families to identify their mental health needs and establish foundational rapport.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, focusing on skill-building and strengthening resilience.

• Create detailed crisis intervention, safety, and wellness plans for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive suitable support during critical times.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities, customizing approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
