Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Hope for Mental Health Services, you will primarily work with pre-screened adult clients who present with low acuity mental health concerns. This means you will primarily interface with individuals who are stable and seeking to enhance their emotional well-being rather than those with severe mental health conditions. We ensure that clients are matched to therapists based on specializations and demographic preferences, allowing for a more productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as a mental health counselor, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No disciplinary actions or history of limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Strong ability to evaluate clients, recommend treatment options, and make informed clinical decisions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and dedication to supporting clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Proficiency in using technology and managing digital client interactions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and hours worked. In addition:
