Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their healing process.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to mental well-being.

• Stay informed of the latest research and practices in mood disorder treatment, continually enhancing your clinical expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
