Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages tailored specifically to assist students in overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews with students to identify their current needs, strengths, and weaknesses, documenting findings meticulously.

• Establish measurable and realistic goals for clients, carefully considering each case’s unique context.

• Monitor progress toward these goals, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on evaluation and feedback.

• Serves as a key worker, fostering relationships with clients while also referring them to additional community services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting students within the school system, ranging from elementary to high school. Qualifications\n

• Licensure in the State of Texas as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
