Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, facilitating a flexible work-life balance while enabling you to connect with patients through telehealth platforms. You will have structured working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patients’ scheduling needs. All necessary tools and resources will be provided to ensure efficient telehealth delivery, including access to electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication platforms designed to enhance patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, preferences, and histories, guiding the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver compassionate and effective therapeutic interventions utilizing recognized modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual, couples, and family settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, comprising psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing mental health emergencies, employing strong clinical judgment to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment processes compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Experience conducting mental health evaluations and creating treatment plans that address complex client needs.

• Proficient in delivering therapeutic services to individuals and groups, particularly with diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries.

• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient with standard computer applications.
