Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' substance abuse history, mental health concerns, and unique treatment needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that not only target addiction recovery but also address co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, leveraging evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications\n
