With a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, the role entails working collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and community programs to enhance the developmental trajectories of young children.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.
\n
• Play a central role in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Regularly evaluate and track the progress of children in Early Intervention programs.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and bolstering their confidence in fostering their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining high standards of care.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise evidence-based strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches to facilitate skill development in children.
\n
• Organize and maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communication with families.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, which generally manifest in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the early years of life. By working closely with families, you will help create a supportive framework that promotes growth and development tailored to each child's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the State Department of Public Health.
\n
• Active LCSW certification.
\n
• Valid driver's license.
\n
• Proficient in adapting strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and treatment plans.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with families and colleagues.
