Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop integrated, individualized care plans for assigned clients.

• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the needs of students experiencing emotional disorders and mental illnesses.

• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and external service providers to coordinate wrap-around services and enhance student support.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients and care teams.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring immediate support is available for students in distress.

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to the development of best practices in school-based mental health care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision to enhance collaborative care.

• Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with licensing standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents in a school setting who are experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders. Your work will focus on creating supportive, trusting relationships with students, recognizing and respecting their diverse backgrounds, cultures, and individual needs. The goal is to empower each student, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or community mental health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and crisis management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
