Business Development Manager

Magnify is hiring a Business Development Manager for our Charlotte office with one clear intention: to develop the right salesperson into our next Managing Director . That leadership seat is currently vacant, and we've intentionally chosen not to fill it from the outside. We believe the best Leaders are developed from within by mastering our Recruiting philosophy, Sales process, standards, and the way we're modernizing the Staffing experience. Let's be clear—this is a Sales role from day one. You'll build new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and earn your results through consistency, effort, and doing the work every day. We don't chase activity for the sake of it—we do what's required to get the job done the right way. As part of your Sales training, you'll learn our Recruiting philosophy, systems, and processes through classroom training because we believe great Salespeople first understand the engine behind what they're selling. You'll also learn how our Magnify Certification™ video process is helping modernize the Staffing experience and create better hiring decisions for our clients. You're fiercely competitive, professionally ambitious, and committed to winning the right way. You enjoy building genuine relationships with people, instead of chasing quick transactions. You have a track record of being coachable and actively seek feedback to help you improve. You’re quick to share the credit when things go well, and even quicker to accept personal responsibility when they don’t. What matters most is finding someone who's never satisfied with yesterday's version of themselves. Your Daily Adventures will be sure to include: Prospecting and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Consulting with hiring leaders on how to make better talent decisions. Learning the Magnify Recruiting Philosophy as the foundation of your Business Development responsibilities. Positioning Magnify as a trusted and innovative hiring partner through our Magnify Certification™ video process. Partnering closely with Recruiters to consistently deliver the highest-quality candidates.
