Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address a wide range of clinical presentations, providing holistic and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will consist of individuals and families dealing with end-of-life issues and the emotional impacts of hospice care.
