Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients’ mental health needs using our secure telehealth platform, followed by developing personalized treatment plans.

• Engage with clients through video, audio, and written communication methods, including online journals and goal-setting tools, to facilitate their progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, applying evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and peer consultations available through the platform, including access to a robust community of over 10,000 therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low acuity adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight disorders, and the need for grief counseling. All clients are pre-screened for stability, ensuring that you are working with individuals who are ready to engage in treatment and who align with your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid LPCC license for independent practice, free from any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and client load. Full-time counselors will additionally receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being and lifestyle.
