Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ family dynamics, relationship patterns, and historical trauma to create informed treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client or family unit.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and coordinating with local crisis services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to best practices in clinical reporting.

• Educate clients and their families on effective communication techniques, boundary setting, and behavioral methods to enhance their daily functioning and relationships.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to review complex cases, share insights, and collaborate on comprehensive care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, couples experiencing relational difficulties, and families dealing with emotional conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
